4 Months Prior
+ 1 in person meeting.
+ 1 initial site tour.
+ Contract review of vital wedding vendors + quantity review.
+ Creation of a customized, detailed day-of timeline.
+ Full communication and coordination with all wedding day vendors starting at this point.

1 Month Prior
+ 1 final site visit.
+ 1 final in person meeting.
+ Finalized timeline completed and emailed out to all wedding day vendors.

Day Before
+ Ceremony rehearsal management (1 hour max).

Day-Of
+ Professional day-of management & wedding coordination, onsite for up to 12 hours on the wedding day.
+ One additional wedding day assistant. (subject to change based on guest count & workload)
+ Primary point of contact for the day-of. Directing and managing all wedding vendors.
+ Overall event decorating and personal detail setup. We will place all tables, chairs, lounge sets and set up table decor, wedding displays, place settings, etc. (**ceremony chair movement will be an additional cost)
+ Content creation and access to all Tying Knots' behind the scenes content capture within 48 hours.
+ Distribute all bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages to your bridal party, attendants & other family
members.
+ Directing and cueing the ceremony processional and all reception events. We team with your DI,
photographer, videographer, and caterer to ensure everything is running smoothly and on time.
+ Retain the marriage license and appropriate signatures needed.
+ Moving of any decorative pieces or floral arrangements from your ceremony space to your reception space.
+ Retrieve wedding cards and gifts. Monitoring the flow of the card box as well as any "money dance" or ceremonial dance baskets and making sure cards, gifts, and money are in their designated (safe) area for you or family members to take home.

DESIGN & STYLING PACKAGE
Don’t really need a full-time wedding planner but you don’t have a clear design vision for your wedding day? Then this is the perfect package add on for you… Adding our design and styling package onto your Partial Plan will allow you more time to research and book your vital vendors for your wedding day while we worry about the aesthetics! We will attend all your rental company meetings, either with you or on your behalf, to help you design the wedding of your dreams. This package also includes a floor plan of your ceremony & reception spaces. As a Tying Knots’ Full-Service bride, you will already get this package built into your plan!

Service Begins: Immediately Upon Booking Your Venue + Tying Knots 
✦ 2 design meetings (1 at your venue site & 1 in person at our design studio)
✦ 1 overall signature design book
✦ Assistance with booking vendors needed for design such as: florist, rentals & specialty rentals, linens, tablescapes, stationary, and other outsourced design.
✦ Attend all vendor design meetings with you or on your behalf.
✦ Complete venue layout and floor plan logistics

*Must have a minimum budget of $15,000.00 dedicated for all wedding design aspects* 



TYING KNOTS' RENTAL CLOSET
Do you want access to Tying Knots’ rental closet? We have curated a closet full of specialty rental items just for our Tying Knots’ couples. It is full of decorative items like easels, vases, votives, signage, etc. Buying and renting items in bulk for your wedding day can get costly, especially if you are trying to stay within a strict budget. For an additional fee to your Partial Plan package, you can gain access to our rental closet and be able to use any and all rentals from our collection. If you are a Tying Knots’ Full-Service couple, you will already get this package built into your plan!



FULL CLEAN-UP & BREAKDOWN
Does your wedding venue require you to be in and out in the same day? Don’t want to worry about you or someone else having to clean-up on your wedding night? Then this is the package for you… Our clean-up package can be added on to any of our existing wedding plans. This package will include full breakdown of both your ceremony and reception spaces. We will oversee that all your venue’s clean-up requirements are met and make sure you, your wedding guests, and all vendors have departed the venue safely.

*This package is for light end of the night clean-up of personal items, chair stacking, managing vendor clean-up, etc. This is not for cleaning up of trash or bussing of guest tables of any kind*
